1 small chili pepper
400 grams carrots
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
650 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 Papaya
3 Tbsps Lime juice
50 grams Whipped cream
salt
Dill flower

Preparation steps

Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Rinse the chile pepper, halve, remove the seeds and ribs and cut into fine strips. Rinse the carrots, peel and thinly slice. Heat the oil. Saute the carrots, onion and 3/4 of the chile pepper. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, peel and dice. Mix the papaya with 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Puree half of the papaya. Remove about 1/4 of the carrots from the soup and set aside. Puree the remaining carrots and broth. Pour through a sieve. Mix in the cream and bring to a boil.

Stir the papaya puree, remaining papaya, remaining carrots and remaining chile pepper into the soup. Season with salt and the remaining lime juice. Serve sprinkled with dill flowers.
