- 2 large Banana (peeled and chopped)
- 2 ½ cups Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 cup canned Pineapple (drained)
- ⅞ cup Orange juice

Place all the ingredients apart from the orange juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
