- 1 cup cream (whipped)
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 8 scoops Vanilla ice cream

2 Bowls, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Peeler, 1 ggf. Mandoline, 1 Sieve, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Paper towel, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 große Bowl, 1 Wooden spoon
Preparation steps
1.
Put the apples with 2 tbsp sugar and 150 ml water in a small pan and cook very gently until the apples are soft but still hold their shape.
2.
Put the blackberries with the rest of the sugar into a pan and cook very gently until the juice begins to run. Drain and let cool then stir into the cream with the icing sugar.
3.
To serve, layer ice cream, apple pieces, blackberry cream and granola in tall sundae glasses and garnish with whole blackberries and apple slices.
