- For Sauce
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 4 Tbsps Orange juice
- For Salad
- 1 cup fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup fresh Raspberries
- 1 cup fresh Strawberries (quartered)
- 2 Kiwi (peeled; sliced and cut in half)
- 1 Orange (peeled; sectioned and cut into pieces)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix sour cream, honey and orange juice until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

In a large bowl, combine all fruit and toss gently to mix.
3.
Divide into individual serving bowls and top with sour cream sauce.
