- 1 Asian pear (0r yellow pear)
- 8 Date
- 1 mild, orange Grapefruit (0r pink grapefruit)
- 400 grams Melon (honeydew or watermelon)
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- Pistachio (for garnish)
- mint or Lemon balm (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Peel the grapefruit, remove the pith, and segment the fruit. Peel the melon, remove the seeds if necessary, and then emove the fruit. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds from the dates, and then halve or quarter them. Rinse the pear, wipe dry, remove the core, quarter, and then cut into pieces and drizzle with lime juice.

Mix the grapefruit, the dates, and the melon. Season to taste with the powdered sugar, and set aside 15 minutes to marinate. Serve in a glass bowl, garnished with pistachios and either mint or lemon balm.
