- 1 lemon
- 1 cloves
- ½ Vanilla bean
- ½ Cinnamon stick
- 200 grams sugar
- 150 grams Raspberries
- 1 bottle Red wine
- 1 pkg Wafer rolls

Preparation steps
1.
Slice orange and lemon, boil with clove, sliced vanilla bean, cinnamon stick, sugar and 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) water and let cool.
2.
Rinse and puree raspberries and strain through sieve. Combine raspberry puree with red wine and let stand for 30 minutes. Strain raspberry-wine through sieve and pour one finger thick onto baking sheet.
3.
Place baking sheet in freezer and scrape frozen mixture with fork from time to time. Transfer granita to bowls after freezing and garnish with wafer sticks.
