- 3 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (60% cocoa solids, roughly chopped)

1 Baking sheet, 2 Bowls, 2 Plates, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 190°C (170° fan) 375°F gas 5. Line 2 large baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
2.
Beat the butter and both sugars in a mixing bowl until soft and light.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients until well blended.
4.
Spoon about 20 heaps onto the baking trays, spacing them well apart.
5.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until just golden. Cool on the baking trays for a few minutes, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
