- 14 ozs fresh Berry (Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 14 ozs Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 7 ozs cream cheese
- 2 ½ Tbsps powdered sugar

Rinse the berries as needed. drain, pick over and puree with the lemon juice. Strain the fruit puree through a fine sieve.

Mix yogurt with the cream cheese, powdered sugar and the fruit pulp. Place in a shallow dish and freeze until creamy, at least 4 hours. Meanwhile, stir well every 20 minutes (so that no large ice crystals form). (Optionally, process in an ice cream maker.)
3.
Just before serving, stir again vigorously, scoop into glasses and garnish as desired with fresh berries.
