Fried Feta Cheese
Sauté the vegetables from frozen in some oil over high heat for about 4 minutes. Crush the garlic into the pan, pour in a little water and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs in a dish and mix the breadcrumbs with the almonds in another. Cut the cheese into 4 equal slices and dip first in the egg and then turn in the breadcrumbs. Fry in some oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve with the vegetables.
