French Cherry Pie
Preheat oven to 220 ° C (approximately 425 ° F). Rinse cherries, pluck off stems and remove seeds. Beat eggs with 4 tablespoons powdered sugar until foamy and then stir in flour and milk.
Butter a round baking dish, add dough, flatten, spread the cherries on it and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake on middle rack for 40 to 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining powdered sugar. Slice and serve lukewarm.
