Preparation steps

Mash the Camembert with a fork, then mash the butter into the cheese until smooth. Stir in the beer. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and arrange sliced onion on top of spread. Serve immediately.

At choice, you can also finely chop the onion and mix into the spread, or sprinkle in a little cumin.
