- 75 g each white, kidney, pinto and black Beans
- 1 bunch Soup vegetables
- 4 Boiled sausages
- 2-3 tablespoons Instant vegetable broth
- Lemon pepper

Preparation steps

Soak the beans overnight in 2.5 liters (approximately 10 cups) of water. Drain the beans. Place the beans in a pot, cover with water, and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Rinse, trim, peel and chop the soup vegetables. Puree the beans with an immersion blender so that only 1/4 of the beans are smooth. Stir in the soup vegetables and sausages, and simmer for another 15 minutes. Stir in the broth and season with lemon pepper to taste.
