- 150 grams very fresh Sea bream fillet
- 200 grams very fresh Red mullet fillets
- 4 fresh triggered Scallop
- 4 crayfish
- 1 bunch cilantro
- salt
- 100 milliliters Rice wine
- Limes
- 8 Red chili peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Check fish fillets for bones and remove any with tweezers, cut fringed sides smooth and cut the fillets into 4 equal parts. Rinse crayfish and chile peppers.
2.
Rinse cilantro, shake dry and finely chop. Combine rice wine with lime juice and a little salt and cilantro.
3.
Serve fish, crayfish, scallops and chile on dish and spread the sauce over top.
