150 grams very fresh Sea bream fillet
200 grams very fresh Red mullet fillets
4 fresh triggered Scallop
4 crayfish
1 bunch cilantro

100 milliliters Rice wine
Limes
8 Red chili peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Check fish fillets for bones and remove any with tweezers, cut fringed sides smooth and cut the fillets into 4 equal parts. Rinse crayfish and chile peppers.

2.

Rinse cilantro, shake dry and finely chop. Combine rice wine with lime juice and a little salt and cilantro.

3.

Serve fish, crayfish, scallops and chile on dish and spread the sauce over top.
