- 250 grams Fettuccine
- salt
- 500 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 100 milliliters Chicken broth
- 80 grams Créme legére
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped Basil
- Basil (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Rinse chicken, pat dry and chop. Peel and finely chop garlic. In a pan, fry chicken and garlic in hot oil until chicken is golden-brown, 3-4 minutes. Add broth and simmer 2-3 minutes. Stir in crème légère and basil and season with salt and pepper. Add a little pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.

Drain pasta well and transfer to plates. Top pasta with chicken and sauce and serve garnished with basil leaves.
