1 Measuring cups, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Sieve, 1 Skillet, 1 Fine grater, 1 Kitchen towel oder Küchenpapier
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the tomatoes and cut a lid from each one. Hollow out the tomatoes and season inside with salt. Turn over and stand on paper towel to draw out some of the water.
2.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry the diced bread. Add the herbs, season with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Then mix with the crumbled sheep’s cheese.
3.
Fill the tomatoes with the stuffing and put into a baking dish greased with 1 teaspoon oil. Put the lids on the tomatoes.
4.
Sprinkle with the remaining oil and bake in a preheated oven (180°C/350°F with fan) for about 25 minutes.
