- 2 bottles Rose wine (750 ml each)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Vanilla bean (slit open)
- 6 Cardamom
- 5 cloves
- 2 Star anise
- 2 Cinnamon stick
- ⅜ cup Orange liqueur
- ⅜ cup Orange juice
- 6 organic Oranges
- 10 Kumquat
- extra cloves (to pierce the fruit)

Preparation steps
1.
Place the wine, sugar and the vanilla pod in a pot. Add the spices and heat gently but do not boil.
2.
Remove from the heat and stir in the orange liqueur and the orange juice. Stick the extra cloves in the oranges and kumquats and place then in the punch. Pour into a punch bowl and serve.
