Festive Chocolate Christmas Tree Dessert
Chop the couverture and melt in a bain-marie. Leave to cool slightly and put into a freezer bag. Cut off one small corner. Line a board with baking parchment and pipe four small Christmas tree shapes on the parchment. Leave to set in the fridge.
Wash, dry, hull and halve the strawberries and mix with the mint liqueur and lemon juice.
Place a scoop of ice cream and a few strawberries on each plate and garnish with a sprig of mint. Carefully loosen the chocolate Christmas trees from the paper and place 2 trees at right-angles to each other over the scoops of ice cream. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
