4 Fennel bulb
4 Oganic oranges
2 Citrons
3 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Vinegar
salt

1 Tuna (500 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Brush the fennel and remove any tough leaves. Rinse and dry the bulbs and cut into cubes. Chop the greenery and set aside.

Carefully peel the oranges with a sharp knife so that all the pith is removed. Chop the orange segments into cubes and combine with the fennel in a bowl. Peel the citrons, but keep the pith intact. Chop into small pieces and add to the diced orange and fennel.

For the dressing, mix the oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Mix the dressing into the salad ingredients.

Brush the tuna with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and divide into serving pieces. Cook on a hot grill or in a grill pan on each side for 2 - 3 minutes.

Arrange the salad on plates, garnish with fennel leaves and serve with the tuna.
