½ cup Coconut cream
9 ozs white chocolate (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp butter
1.333 cups Shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
½ tsp vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 großer Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Paper towel

Preparation steps

1.
Put the coconut cream, chocolate and butter into a bowl over a pan of hot, but not boiling water. Stir until smooth and melted. Remove from the heat and add the 100g dessicated coconut and vanilla extract. Stir well.

Cool and then cover and chill for 3 hours.

Take rounded teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls.
4.
Roll the balls in dessicated coconut to coat. Place on a tray lined with baking parchment and chill before serving.
