- 1 garlic clove
- 150 grams Feta
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- lemons (juice)
- 1 pinch Cumin
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse eggplants and bake on a lined baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until tender, about 30 minutes.
2.
Allow to cool, halve and peel. Crush into feta cheese with a fork. Mix in finely chopped garlic, oil and lemon juice. Season with cumin, salt and pepper.
