600 grams duck legs (2 pieces)
250 grams green Japanese Pasta
4 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp liquid honey
½ tsp Sambal oelek
2 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
50 milliliters Chicken broth
1 scallion
Shiso leaf (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in boiling water according to instructions on the package. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain well.

2.

For the marinate, mix the honey, soy sauce and sambal oelek together.

3.

Cut the duck breasts into slices, toss into the marinade and let marinate for 30 minutes. 

4.

Remove the duck breast slices from the marinade, drain, and collect the marinade.

5.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a wok and fry the duck breast slices in it on all sides over high heat. Season the duck breast slices with salt and lemon juice, remove from the wok and keep warm.

Pour the poultry broth and the remaining marinade into the same wok, add the cooked pasta and let heat.

Trim, rinse and cut the scallions into rings.

7.

Place the pasta on plates, arrange the duck breast slices over and serve sprinkled with scallions. Garnish as desired with shiso leaves.
