- 2 balls Buffalo mozzarella (each about 125 grams)
- 1 bunch Arugula
- olive oil (for drizzling)
- balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 20 slices Bresaola (halved)
Preparation steps

Drain the mozzarella well and cut crossways into 0.7 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) slices. Rinse the arugula and spin dry.
2.
Lay 2-3 stems of arugula on a piece of mozzarella, drizzle with a little oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Wrap a slice of dried beef in each and serve on a plate.
