2 scallions
3 carrots
3 garlic cloves
100 grams Celery root
1 pc fresh Horseradish (about 3 cm)
250 coarse salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the parsley and chives, and shake dry. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems and chop. Chop the chives. Rinse the scallions and thinly slice. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Peel and cube the carrots and celery. Grate the horseradish. Place all the ingredients, excect for the salt, on a baking sheet and dry in a 100°C (approximately 210°F) oven for 4-5 hours. Fill tubes with the vegetable mixture and salt. Close tightly and store until ready to use.
