9 Date (pitted)
4 Tbsps cream cheese
5 Tbsps Peanut butter
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Sunflower seed
1 tsp Pine nuts
1 bunch mint

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the mixture into 3 dates. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into 3 more dates and garnish with sesame seeds, pine nuts and sunflower seeds.

Stir the remaining peanut butter until smooth and pipe into the remaining dates.

Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with mint.
