- 300 grams Marzipan
- 25 pitted, dried Date
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps
1.
Finely chop the pistachios in a blender and mix with the marzipan until smooth. Shape into 25 balls.
2.
Flatten the nut balls, top each with a date then completely surround the dates with the nut mixture. Dust with powdered sugar and serve on a cake stand.
