Preparation steps
1.
Beat together the margarine, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, and milk in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
2.
Divide between four microwaveable mugs and cover with clingfilm. Poke a few holes in the clingfilm and microwave the cakes for 1 minute.
3.
Carefully remove from the microwave and test with a wooden toothpick; it it comes out clean, they are ready. If not, continue to cook in 15 second increments until done.
4.
Chop most of the chocolate and set it to one side. Curl the remainder using a cheese slice.
5.
Place the cream in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute until hot. Add the chocolate, leave to stand for 30 seconds, and then stir until smooth.
6.
Spoon over the cakes and garnish with the curled chocolate on top before serving.
