1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
lemon juice (for sprinkling)
Salt freshly ground pepper
1 small Cucumber
1 Tbsp Lingonberry jelly (or cranberrry jelly)

Preparation steps

1.

Finely dice salmon. Rinse parsley, shake dry, strip leaves from stems and finely chop. Mix salmon with parsley and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2.

Rinse, trim and peel cucumber in stripes. Cut cucumber into thick slices and top with salmon tartare.

3.

Cut lingonberry jelly into small cubes and sprinkle on top.
