250 grams shrimp

150 milliliters milk
250 milliliters Whipped cream
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
10 grams cornstarch
1 handful Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse tomatoes and crangon crangon and drain.

Whisk together milk, cream, eggs and yolks. Season with salt and pepper and stir in cornstarch. Rinse basil, shake dry, chop and stir into egg mixture.

3.

Grease 4 small ramekins with butter.

Pour mixture into ramekins and top each with 5 tomatoes. Bake for about 30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
