- 1 kilogram Quark
- salt
- 120 grams butter
- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 70 grams Semolina flour
- 1 Apple
- 3 Oranges
- 100 grams candied Orange peel
- For greasing

Preparation steps
1.
Separate eggs. Beat together quark, butter, sugar, salt and egg yolk. Stir in pudding mix, baking powder, flour and peeled, grated apple.
2.
Juice 2 oranges. Separate fruit segments from remaining orange and mince flesh. Combine orange juice, orange flesh and candied orange peel (set 2 tablespoons aside for garnish), then fold into quark mixture.
3.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
4.
Grease a springform pan with butter and dust with flour. Preheat an oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and release from pan. Coll completely and serve garnished with remaining candied orange peel.
