- 3 cups shredded Cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- ½ tsp Celery seed
- 2 Tbsps granulated sugar
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 6 red Radish (scrubbed; trimmed and thinly sliced)
- fresh, finely chopped Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a smaller separate bowl, prepare dressing by combining mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, sugar, salt and pepper. Toss dressing into cabbage mixture, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Prior to serving, top with sliced radishes and finely chopped herbs.
