- 500 grams Crudités (such as carrots, turnips, yellow and red peppers, Chinese cabbage leaves)
- 150 grams Double cream
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- ½ organic lemon (Juice and zest)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse, trim and cut all vegetables into sticks or strips.

Mix cream with yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper and lemon zest. Serve dip with vegetables.
