Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Grate the Parmesan and spoon in piles onto the parchment paper. Press flat and bake about 7 minutes in the oven until the Parmesan is melted completely. Remove from oven, let cool and gently peel away the parchment paper.
