- 600 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 pinch allspice (ground)
- ½ tsp finely ground ginger
- 1 generous pinch cloves (ground)
- 1 tsp freshly ground peppers
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsps Lime juice
- 1 stick Celery
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 1 onion
- vegetable oil (for cooking)
- salt
- Basil (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut into strips. Combine with allspice, ginger, cloves, pepper and cinnamon, sprinkle with lime juice, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Rinse and dry celery, cut diagonally into thin slices or strips. Rinse bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into thin strips. Peel onion and chop coarsely.

Heat oil in a pan and brown meat on sides. Add vegetables and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring. Season with salt. Garnish with basil and serve. Can be served with rice, if desired.
