For the salad
600 grams Rutabaga
1 Apple
250 grams chunks Pineapple (canned)
2 organic Oranges
100 grams red Grape
For the dressing
75 milliliters Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Horseradish
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, peel the rutabagas and apple. Cut or rutabaga into thin strips. Cut the apple into thin slices.

Drain the pineapple. Peel oranges, cut out segments from separating membranes and collect the juice. Rinse the grapes, remove seeds and cut in half (if desired). Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

3.

For the dressing, combine heavy cream with creme fraiche, vinegar, orange juice, horseradish and chives. Stir and season with salt. Mix with the salad ingredients and serve in a bowl.
