1 kilogram fully ripe Tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 tsp sugar
150 milliliters dry Red wine
200 grams cooked soup noodles (such as Mini Farfalle)
For Garnish
Basil
4 Tbsps cooked Peas
2 smaller Tomatoes (diced)

Preparation steps

Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters. Bring 500 ml (approximately 2 cups) of water to a boil, add the tomatoes, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Puree the tomato puree and strain through a sieve. Heat the butter in a saucepan and saute onion and garlic until translucent. Sprinkle with flour and saute briefly. Gradually add the add tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add the wine and noodles and cook until heated through. Serve garnished with peas, tomatoes and basil.
