400 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
200 grams cream cheese
½ lemon (zest and juice)
80 grams sugar
500 grams Strawberries
400 milliliters Whipped cream

Preparation steps

Melt the nougat and mix with the nuts. Spread on three springform pans (lined with parchment paper) and smooth. Chill at least 1 hour until firm. Carefully remove from the mold. Rinse and pat dry the strawberries and cut into small pieces.

Combine the yogurt with cream cheese, lemon juice, and sugar until smooth.

Beat the cream until stiff. Reserve 1/3 of the cream and set aside. Add the strawberry pieces to the remaining cream and spread half on the first layer and the other half on top of the second layer. Whip the whipping cream until smooth and smooth on top of the last cake layer. Garnish with more whole strawberries. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
