- 8 ozs Milk chocolate (30% cocoa solids)
- 1 Tbsp Golden syrup
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups Corn flakes
- 24 mini Chocolate eggs
Preparation steps
1.
Place 12 paper cases on a tray.
2.
Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup in a pan over a low heat until melted. Stir until blended.
3.
Gently stir in the cornflakes and mix well until well coated with the mixture.
4.
Spoon into the paper cases and place 2-3 mini eggs in the centre of each. Chill until set.
