Nutritional values

Dark chocolate is rich in cocoa solids, which contain compounds known as flavonolds. Flavanols have been shown to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol, improve cognition, and possibly lower the risk of diabetes. As always, you should only eat it in moderation. 

You can also use white chocolate and milk chocolate for fun variations.

plain Dark chocolate (50% cocoa solids)

large, white Marshmallow

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Allow to cool and thicken slightly.
2.
Spoon into a small piping bag or spoon the mixture into the corner of a small plastic bag and snip off the corner, to form a small hole.
3.
Pipe faces on the marshmallows and leave to set, before placing on wooden skewers. Place on a serving platter with jelly bats.
