cup plain Dark chocolate (50% cocoa solids)
12 large, white Marshmallow

Preparation steps

1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering (not boiling) water. Allow to cool and thicken slightly.
2.
Spoon into a small piping bag or spoon the mixture into the corner of a small plastic bag and snip off the corner, to form a small hole.
3.
Pipe faces on the marshmallows and leave to set, before placing on wooden skewers. Place on a serving platter with jelly bats.
