- ¼ ripe honeydew melon (seeds and skin removed)
- 2 tsps Lime juice
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 tsps honey
- cold mineral water
- 2 Tbsps crushed Ice
- To garnish
- 2 slices Limes
- 1 slice Melon
- Lemon balm
Preparation steps
1.
Chop the melon flesh and puree with the lime juice, ginger and honey.

Then mix with 4-5 ounces mineral water (depending on the size of the glass).
3.
Put the ice into a tall glass, add the melon drink and garnish with slices of lime, a slice of melon and a sprig of lemon balm.
