1 Tomato (sliced)
1 scoop Mozzarella (sliced)
1 sprig Basil (finely chopped)
1 tsp olive oil

For the tramezzini with ham and cheese
2 slices tramezzino
3 slices cooked ham
3 slices Sliced cheese (such as Emmentaler)

For the tramezzini with egg and tomato
2 slices tramezzino
1 hard-boiled egg
1 Tomato

For the tramezzini with smoked salmon
2 slices tramezzino
4 lg slices Smoked salmon

For the baguette with ham and tomato
1 small Baguette
3 slices cooked ham
1 large Tomato

For the baguette with burgundy ham, cheese and tomatoes

2 slices Burgundy ham
1 Tomato
2 slices Emmentaler cheese

1 hard-boiled egg
1 Tomato
1 Tbsp Tuna (canned, drained)

Preparation steps

For the baguette with tomato, mozzarella and basil, slice the baguette and spread with butter. Lay the tomatoes and mozzarella alternately on the bottom piece and season with salt, pepper and basil. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar and place the second piece of baguette on top.

For the tramezzini with ham and cheese, spread the bread with butter. Lay slices of ham and cheese on one piece of bread and season with salt and pepper. Place another bread slice on top and cut diagonally.

For the tramezzini with egg and tomato, cut the egg and tomato into slices. Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Spread the bread with butter and cover a piece of bread with lettuce leaves, tomato and egg. Season with salt and pepper, place another slice of bread on top and cut diagonally.

For the tramezzini with smoked salmon, rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Spread the bread with butter and cover a slice of bread with lettuce leaves and smoked salmon. Top with another slice of bread and cut diagonally.

For the baguette with ham and tomato, slice the tomatoes and loosely roll up the ham. Rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Cut the baguette, spread with butter and cover the bottom piece with lettuce and ham. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and place the other piece of bread on top.

For the baguette with burgundy ham, cheese and tomatoes, slice the tomatoes and rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Roll the ham loosely. Cut the baguette and spread with butter. Cover the bottom piece with lettuce, tomato, cheese and ham and season with salt and pepper. Replace the top of the baguette.

For the baguette with tuna, egg and tomato, slice the tomatoes and rinse the lettuce and shake dry. Cut the egg into slices and break apart the drained tuna. Cut the baguette and spread with butter. Cover the bottom piece with lettuce leaves, tuna, egg and tomato and season with salt and pepper. Place the other piece of baguette on top.
