Preparation steps

1.

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut into quarters, then cut into thin strips. Peel the carrots and slice or cut into fine strips. Mix both in a bowl with the hands to soften the cabbage.

Peel the onion, cut in half, cut into fine strips and add to the vegetables. Mix in the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar to taste.
