- 600 grams Stockfish
- 300 milliliters milk
- 150 milliliters olive oil
- ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- peppers
- ½ bunch parsley
- toasted white bread

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the cod at least 12 hours in cold water until sweels. Change the water several times. Drain the fish,place in a saucepan, pour in the milk, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Remove the fish from the milk, put milk aside. Take the fish fillet, remove skin and chop the fish with a fork.

Peel garlic cloves and squeeze on the fish. Mix 1/4 of the milk, half of the olive oil and the lemon zest and mash together. Gradually, add remaining oil and add enough milk until the puree has the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add parsley, season with lemon juice and pepper, and heat.
3.
Serve on toasted white bread.
