- 500 grams sticky rice
- 500 milliliters Coconut milk
- 250 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Mango
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Soak rice in a bowl of water for 8 hours and then drain. Add coconut milk, sugar and salt to a saucepan, bring to a boil over low heat while stirring and then set aside. Distribute rice evenly in a steaming basket and steam for 30 minutes over boiling water. Place rice in a bowl, add coconut milk mixture and stir. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.

Peel mango and cut fruit into slices. Serve rice in a small bowl, cover with mango and garnish with sesame seeds.
