- Kale
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic salt
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ½ Tbsps Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion powder
- ⅛ Tbsp cayenne pepper

Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 300°F degrees, spray a large baking sheet with coconut oil spray.
2.
Roughly tear the kale, then place in a large bowl. Drizzle with coconut oil, then massage the kale until it is evenly coated in oil and tender.
3.
Sprinkle kale with spices and toss to evenly coat.
4.
Spread the seasoned kale evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, taking care not to overcrowd.
5.
Bake for 10 minutes, then rotate the pan and bake for another 12-15 minutes until the kale begins to firm up (about 25 minutes total).
6.
Cool the kale on the sheet for at least 3 minutes before serving.
