- 2 Pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 300 milliliters unsweetened Coconut milk
- 200 grams Palm sugar
- 3 Pandan leaves

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry pumpkins. Cut a hole in the top around the stem, then scrape out seeds.
Combine eggs, coconut milk and sugar in a large bowl. Rinse pandan leaf and add to egg mixture.

Knead mixture until dough is slightly frothy. Strain through a sieve and pour into pumpkins.
3.
Cook pumpkins in a steamer or a suitable ovenproof dish.
4.
Cook pumpkins over high heat for about 30 to 40 minutes. Remove, let cool completely, slice and serve.
