- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsps honey
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- ¼ cup ground almonds
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
Preparation steps
Preheated oven at 180 °C/ 350°F (convection oven 160°C/ 325°F) In a stand mixer whip egg whites to a stiff peak. Add honey, vanilla, and coco powder and mix.
Add grated coconut, and ground almonds to the egg white mixture and carefully fold using a rubber spatula.
Place about 1 teaspoon of coconut mass on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool and store leftovers in an air tight container for freshness.
