- 250 grams Mascarpone
- 1 bottle cream
- 1 pkg Bourbon vanilla powder
- 2 centiliters Rum (dark)
- 1 pkg Ladyfinger (200 grams or 7 ounces)
- 1 lg can Clementine
- 1 bar white Chocolate (grated)
Preparation steps

Drain clementines and reserve juice. Beat cream until stiff. Combine mascarpone, vanilla sugar and rum, stir until smooth. Fold in cream.
Layer half of the ladyfingers in a small baking dish, drizzle with clementine juice and top with 2/3 of the clementines.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream on top and cover with ladyfingers. Drizzle with clementine juice and add remaining clementines. Cover with remaining cream. Chill for at least 1 hour. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Slice and serve.
