1 Can opener, 1 Casserole dish (ca. 35x22 cm), 1 Fork, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Bowl, 1 Paper towel, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper
Cook the bacon in a non-stick skillet, set over medium-high heat until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper towels.
Drain all but 1 tablespoon of grease from the skillet. Cook the eggs over easy. or until just set and not runny, season with salt and pepper.
Spread mayonnaise to taste on one side of each bread slice. To assemble: arrange lettuce and tomato slices on top of the mayonnaise side of two pieces of bread, followed by sliced turkey. Top with additional mayonnaise, lettuce and a bread slice, placed mayonnaise side up. Arrange lettuce, egg, bacon and more lettuce on the top of this bread slice, followed by remaining bread slice, placed mayonnaise side down. Secure sandwich with wooden picks and cut in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
