Bring water to boil in a large saucepan. Add the oats and boil for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove saucepan from heat source, stir in milk, almonds, raisins, sliced apple and honey.
3.
Divide between bowls. Top with fresh berries and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Drizzle with additional milk, if desired. Serve warm.
