Ingredients

For the dough
200 grams Pastry flour
70 sugar
1 pinch salt
140 grams butter
1 egg
softened butter (for the mold)
For the filing
150 grams Dark chocolate
150 grams butter
5 eggs
1 pinch salt
200 grams powdered sugar
75 grams Pastry flour
2 Tbsps cocoa powder
75 grams chopped Walnut
For the decoration
Walnut
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

For the dough: Combine flour, sugar, salt, butter and egg. Knead, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for about 1 hour.

Chop chocolate chop and melt over a double boiler. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and stir in pieces of cold butter. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Beat yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gently stir yolks into cooled chocolate mixture. Then fold in egg whites. Fold in flour, cocoa and walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 300°F). Grease a tart tin with butter.

Roll out dough and press into tart tin. Pour in filling mixture and bake for about 50 minutes. Then remove and let cool.

5.

Top tart with walnut halves and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
